Rated 5 out of 5 by from I guess I rate it high based on how I made it. I guess I rate it high based on how I made it. Isn't that what we all do though? I used Top Sirloin which I always use for fajitas. Two of the top sirloin steaks was used. More onion than it called for too. I think the only thing I would change from the recipe beside type of meat suggested is the way it is cooked. I thought just browning it made it look bland. I would do a high hot sear probably to give it some good look.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My only compaint is there is not enough meat for each sandwich. My only compaint is there is not enough meat for each sandwich. Definitely does not feed as many as it says. However, it was very good and we loved them. We just piled it on a couple sandwiches and made them bigger. Tasted great and my husband loved it. I will definitely make this again, just add more of the ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good! Very good! I used leftover sirloin steak we had the night before - on the grill. I also added some cute up mushrooms and put on kaiser rolls and used the A1 THICK sauce (for sandwiches). My husband LOVED it and he is usually very picky about how his steak is done. I will definately be making this recipe again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used cubed steak instead of the beef sandwich steaks. I used cubed steak instead of the beef sandwich steaks. Using the whole cup of steak sauce seemed to make it a little too runny, ended up pretty messy. Next time I would either put in a little less sauce, or use some kind of thickening. Other than that it tasted very good!

This didn't taste like what I thought traditional cheesesteak sandwichs would, but I used chicken instead of red meat. I was really good, but I will keep trying different sauces because I like the kind better we have when we buy them out.
