  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add meat; cook 1 to 2 min. or until browned, stirring occasionally. Add pepper mixture and steak sauce; mix lightly. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Fill rolls with meat mixture and cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and a small fruit salad.

    My husband made these for dinner last night, they were very good. We added mushrooms and used grated pepper jack cheese to give it a kick.

    Very yummy! I used mozzarella cheese instead of american.

    I guess I rate it high based on how I made it. Isn't that what we all do though? I used Top Sirloin which I always use for fajitas. Two of the top sirloin steaks was used. More onion than it called for too. I think the only thing I would change from the recipe beside type of meat suggested is the way it is cooked. I thought just browning it made it look bland. I would do a high hot sear probably to give it some good look.
