A.1. Easy Meatloaf

The traditional ground beef, stuffing and egg combination gets a flavor overhaul with A.1. and tomato sauce. The result? A super-flavorful meatloaf.

What You Need

1
can   (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
2
 eggs, beaten
2
lb.  lean ground beef
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1
cup  water
1/3
cup  A.1. Original Sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

RESERVE half the tomato sauce; mix remaining tomato sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.

SHAPE into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with reserved tomato sauce.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

How to Make Cleanup Easy
Place all ingredients except half the tomato sauce in large resealable plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal bag and squeeze bag until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape meat mixture into loaf in bag. Transfer loaf from bag to baking dish; top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake as directed.
Substitute
Prepare using ground pork or veal.
Serving Suggestion
Serve this comfort food with hot mashed potatoes and a steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli.
