  • Pour steak sauce over chicken in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Mix flour, pepper and seasoning in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, in batches; toss to coat.
  • Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, in batches; cook 10 to 12 min. or until done and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

How to Make 1 Tbsp. Creole Seasoning

Mix 3/4 tsp. paprika, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper, 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves, 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) and 1/8 tsp. white pepper.
