Grilled sirloin steak is marinated in a zesty blend of steak sauce, hot pepper sauce, Dijon mustard, curry powder and thyme for incredible flavor.

What You Need

1/2
cup  A.1. Original Sauce
1
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1
tsp.  hot pepper sauce
1
tsp.  curry powder
1/2
tsp.  dried thyme leaves
1
 boneless beef sirloin steak (1-1/2 lb.)

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients; pour over steak in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally.

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.

GRILL 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
