  • Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade. Pour remaining marinade over steak in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, toss vegetables with reserved marinade. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak and vegetables 4 to 5 min. on each side or until steak is medium doneness (160ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
  • Slice steak; serve with vegetables.

Marinate steak as directed. Drain; discard marinade. Heat broiler. Place steak on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 5 to 7 inches from heat, 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF).
