  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove peppers from skillet with slotted spoon; set aside.
  • Add meat to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until no longer pink.
  • Return peppers to skillet. Stir in sherry. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. Stir in steak sauce; cook just until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto tortillas; roll up.

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing and a whole wheat roll.

I personally didnt like this simply because I am not a fan of A1 sauce but my husband and youngest daughter LOVED this! I used the flour tortilla wraps and made it with a side of rice and it definatly was a hit with them. My husband brought some to work and the whole shop was loving the recipe. I will definatly make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My picky husband even enjoyed this one... My picky husband even enjoyed this one... I made it with rice, and the only complaint was that there was no more rice... I added more steak sauce than called ofr, cause we wanted it saucy... but we will definetly make it again.

I even put a little hot sauce to try and add some kick. It was alright but I don't know if I would make it again. Any suggestions as I love A1 sauce?
