What You Need

1/2
cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/2
cup finely chopped onions
2
tsp. hot pepper sauce
1
boneless beef top round steak (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick
2
tsp. oil
2
large green peppers, cut into strips
8
 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix steak sauce, onions and hot pepper sauce. Remove 1/3 cup of the steak sauce mixture; set aside for later use.

GRILL steak 18 min. for medium doneness (160°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in the reserved 1/3 cup steak sauce mixture and the steak strips. Spoon steak mixture evenly over tortillas, using about 1 cup of the steak mixture for each tortilla; roll up.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Special Extra
For added flavor, marinate the steak before grilling. Pour 1/4 cup A.1. Classic Marinade over steak in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, then turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak with the marinade. Refrigerate 30 min., turning bag over occasionally. Always marinate foods in the refrigerator and discard the bag with any remaining marinade.
Use Your Broiler
To cook steak under the broiler instead of on the grill, preheat broiler to medium heat. Place steak on rack of broiler pan 2 to 3 inches from heat source. Broil 15 min. for medium doneness, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining steak sauce mixture.
