  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; place, cut-sides down, in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 to 35 min. or until tender.
  • Scoop out centers of potatoes into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes. Add milk, butter, A.1., onions and half the bacon; mix until blended. Spoon into shell; sprinkle with remaining bacon.
  • Bake 8 min. or until heated through.

Serve this potato side dish with a crisp, mixed green salad or hot vegetable and cooked lean meat, poultry, or fish.


Pierce whole sweet potatoes with fork; wrap in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 min. or until tender. Cut potatoes in half; scoop out centers and continue as directed.


Substitute 1/4 OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the bacon slices. Mash 2 Tbsp. bacon bits in with potatoes and sprinkle remaining bacon bits on top of filled potatoes, prior to second baking step.
