  • Pour buttermilk and hot sauce into large resealable plastic bag; squeeze bag to mix ingredients together. Add chicken; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat chicken with buttermilk mixture.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, combine flour and seasoning mix in separate large resealable plastic bag.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Add 2 drumsticks to flour mixture; close bag, then shake bag to evenly coat chicken with flour mixture. Remove chicken from bag; place in single layer on large plate. Repeat with remaining drumsticks. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Place 4 drumsticks in single layer in basket of air fryer; spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook at 360°F for 22 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning chicken and spraying with additional cooking spray after 12 min. Repeat with remaining chicken.
