  • Heat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Whisk egg white in pie plate until blended. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in separate pie plate.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, into egg, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient. Place in single layer in prepared basket.
  • Spray chicken with cooking spray; place basket in air fryer. Cook 12 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  • Top chicken with pasta sauce and mozzarella; cook 3 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
