Our grocery store didn't carry the brand of Parmesan cheese OR noodles that the recipe called for, so we had to wing it and use strange amounts of each. Even with too many noodles and not enough Parmesan cheese, the recipe came out delicious ~ it wasn't very visually appealing, but it was gone in seconds so that didn't matter! :)

This was a very delicious dish,I strongly disagree with some of the other comments I read because this alfredo turned out to be great!!!I added some shrimp and it really was a big hit with my family, the sauce was somewhat thin but overall was a great recipe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If only this dish tasted as good as the picture looks. If only this dish tasted as good as the picture looks. I absolutely love alfredo, but this dish was not very good at all. I found it to have a gritty texture and it did not seem like a sauce at all when I tossed if with the pasta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband (oh my) actually made this without burning down the kitchen! My husband (oh my) actually made this without burning down the kitchen! It had a decent taste, not as rich as traditional alfredo, and we added grilled shrimp. It took only a few minutes to make, but the texture was a bit grainy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I really didn't like it, neither did my family. I really didn't like it, neither did my family. There was way too much parmisian cheese for the recipe and that is all that you could taste I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but I say try and make your own oppinion about it.

We added chunks of seasoned chicken and some brocolli, and it made a great meal all in itself. Very economical, quick, and easy. However, be sure to use GRATED parmesan and not finely shredded. Otherwise, the sauce is lumpy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Fettucccini Alfredo. I love Fettucccini Alfredo. I can't wait to make this, I do have one question though. Can I cook the Fettuccine noodles in the microwave? I am in a wheelchair and it is just easier for me to cook things in the microwave.
