  • Slice zucchini lengthwise using vegetable peeler, creating long ribbons.
  • Cook cream cheese spread, milk and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is heated through, whisking constantly.
  • Stir in zucchini; cover. Cook 5 min. or until zucchini is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
