Help your burger live up to its fullest potential: Mix the beef with A.1. Original Steak Sauce before grilling. The results will speak for themselves.

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
cup  A.1. Original Steak Sauce, divided
 hamburger buns, split
 lettuce leaves
 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. of the steak sauce; shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.

GRILL 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (160ºF), placing buns, cut-sides down, on grill grate for the last 2 min.

PLACE lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with tomatoes, burgers and remaining 2 Tbsp. steak sauce. Cover with tops of buns.

Serve with fresh fruit and baked chips to round out the meal.
How to Keep Burgers Round
Use two fingers to make slight indentation in top of each meat patty. This allows the meat to expand and keep it's round shape through the cooking process.
