For festive vegetable dippers, cut red peppers and jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter.
For variety, add 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers or 1 tsp. jarred roasted garlic to prepared dip before refrigerating.
Prepare using regular GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix.

Simple and surprisingly delicious!
It was extremely easy to make and usually have the ingredients on hand. I've had better dips but if you're looking for something in a hurry and have what you need on hand it'll do.
