  • Just follow our 3 simple steps:

  • Cut 1 lb. meat into thin strips. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 5 min. or until meat is cooked through. Add vegetable/fruit; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until crisp.
  • Stir in flavor; cook 1 min.
  • Add water and rice. Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.


Partially freeze meat (20 min.) to make slicing easier. Look for pre-cut stir-fry chicken or steak strips at the grocery store on your next visit.


For an added boost of flavor, substitute water with equal amounts of chicken or beef broth.
