I made this for dinner last night and mostly everyone liked it. I used asparagus, corn and carrot veggie blend.
This a great meal to make on a busy weeknight. I love the fact that you can get your veggies as well.
To make a meal in a skillet, I browned 1 lb. of ground turkey burger with 1 medium onion and minced garlic to taste and added it to the macaroni before adding the cheese. It was great!
