All-in-One Veggie Mac and Cheese recipe

Very good quick dish. I made with 1 cup of fresh broccoli that I steamed for a couple minutes before I threw in dish and added a cup of corn. Very good!

What You Need

cups  water
cup  fat-free milk
pkg.  (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Made With 2% Milk Cheese
cups  frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed
Tbsp.  margarine

Make It

BRING water and milk just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add Macaroni; simmer on low heat 6 min. or until macaroni is tender.

STIR in vegetables; cover. Cook 3 min. until most of the liquid is evaporated and vegetables are heated through.

REMOVE from heat. Add Cheese Sauce and margarine; stir until margarine is melted and sauce is well blended.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Fresh vegetables can be substituted for the frozen. Make sure to cut the firmer vegetables into smaller pieces to ensure even cooking.
