Cook 4 additional small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) in additional 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF). Refrigerate for later use in making Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie.
Substitute 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs for the chicken breasts. Cook on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned. Continue as directed.
When a skillet dish calls for toasted nuts, there's no need to heat up the oven. My husband loved this dish. I used Green Beans because he does not like Broc. He said he loved it too. It was a wonderful discovery.
This recipe is great because I can get all the broccoli haters in my family to eat it up! We all love it! My daughter requests "chicken with trees!" I do make brown rice in a rice cooker rather than instant white rice.
Family loved it- asked that next time I add even more broccoli.
