  • Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough onto greased baking sheet; press into 12x9-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations together to seal. Bake 10 min.
  • Spread with cream cheese; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake 10 min. or until crust is golden brown.

Special Extra

For added color, use 1/4 cup each chopped green and red peppers.

Substitute

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese with Chive & Onion.

How to Drain the Pineapple

Pour pineapple into a fine mesh strainer held over a small bowl. Press the pineapple with back of spoon to remove most of the liquid. Refrigerate the liquid for use in making fruit smoothies or another use.

    Very tasty! I was reluctant to make this because it sounds weird, but it was very good. I used the chive and onion cream cheese and omitted the meat.

    Very good! My husband really liked it and said he was afraid it was going to be too sweet but it wasn't. The only sweet ingredient is the pineapple. He had about 3 servings so you should count on having extra. I made this on Christmas Eve morning and it was very pretty, but it would have been even prettier with the red pepper also. I will cook this again.
