  • Measure 1/2 cup coating mix and place in plastic bag; coat chops as directed on package. Place chops on rice mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chops are cooked through (165°F).

Substitute

Substitute red pepper for the green pepper.

    Very tasty. I made with regular rice instead of instant, so I took about 3/4 of the liquids and used that in making the rice instead. It worked quite well.

    There wasn't much flavor to this recipe. It was almost too boring to eat.
