what you need

cups cold fat-free milk
1
pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding
1
can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2
cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Make It

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 5 min.

STIR in oranges and coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh orange sections, drained, for the mandarin orange segments.
Jazz It Up
For a more intense flavor, add 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel to the pudding before chilling.
