  • Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min.
  • Stir in oranges and coconut. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cup chopped fresh orange sections, drained, for the mandarin oranges.

Special Extra

For a more intense flavor, add 1/2 tsp. orange zest to the pudding before refrigerating.

Note

Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.

Fabulous results! The coconut creme pudding mix is full of tiny bits of coconut, so it worked very well. I added the mandarin oranges as per the recipe & garnished each serving with a long-stem maraschino cherry.

I have made this recipe a couple of times, but I changed some things such as try it with Bananna Cream Pudding and Pinapple Chunks along with Walnuts, still include the coconut....that is how my family loves it....
