  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  • Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip Cookie Balls

To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls on prepared baking sheet; let stand until chocolate coating is firm.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

    It is impossible to keep the white chocolate from getting crumbs in it. The cookies are way too sweet for me. They are time consuming to make and I make homemade all the time both food and dessert. I won't be making them again.

    This recipe is really good! My husband loved it! The only part that I struggle with is dipping the balls in the chocolate. Mine did not look as good as the picture and I used a lot more chocolate than the recipe called for.

    I have made these many times. I have only coated them with melted chocolate a few times. What I do is coat them in confectionary sugar. I put the sugar in a baggy and put in a few balls and lightly shake to coat. And put back into the fridge till ready to serve.
