  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic and red pepper; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce, olives and capers; cook on medium heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta; transfer to serving plates. Top with sauce mixture and Parmesan.

After I cut the chicken, I put it in a zip lock bag dusted it with garlic powder, a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup of fine Italian bread crumbs and tossed it together. I let it sit for about 15 min. I cooked the chicken and kept it warm and began the sauce. I added fresh basil, oregano and garlic to the sauce and let it simmer for about 10 min. I added the chicken and covered for about 5 min. Molto Bene!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was extremely good! This was extremely good! I don't like olives at all, so I only put 1/2 of the suggested amount in. I also used Prego Traditional spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato-basil. Even my picky 5-year-old liked it! Btw - we called the capers pickled peas at first so that she would try them. She loved them!
