This is a very good. I like to embellish recipes. After I cut the chicken, I put it in a zip lock bag dusted it with garlic powder, a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup of fine Italian bread crumbs and tossed it together. I let it sit for about 15 min. I cooked the chicken and kept it warm and began the sauce. I added fresh basil, oregano and garlic to the sauce and let it simmer for about 10 min. I added the chicken and covered for about 5 min. Molto Bene!!!
