I made this to take to work and it did not turn out well. I am not the best cook, but what I found was that the pineapple mixture was too heavy for the angel food and it sunk. Also, spray Pam on the cupcake liners, because my angel food stuck to the paper really bad, and where the cake came up over the liners was stuck. The taste was ok, but it was too hard to eat. It was like little pieces of angel food (after you pried it from the paper liners), with blobs of pineapple stuff.
