What You Need

can (20 oz.) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

pkg. (10 oz.) round angel food cake or 2 pkg. (5 oz. each) dessert shells (12 shells)

cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)

Make It

FOR THE FILLING:

MIX pineapple and dry pudding mix. Stir in COOL WHIP.

NOW, YOU CHOOSE!

PARFAITS: Cube cake. Layer in 12 parfait glasses alternately with filling and berries. Makes 12 servings.

CAKE: Cut cake into 3 layers. Stack on plate, spreading filling between layers and on top of cake. Top with berries. Makes 10 servings.

INDIVIDUALS: Spoon filling into dessert shells; top with berries. Makes 12 servings.

I simply put the filling in a 'Nilla wafer crust (no struggling to cut or balance the cake layers). I also add coconut to the filling and sprinkle toasted coconut on top. This has become the dessert I'm requested to bring for all occasions. A friend who tried it for the first time at Easter said it tasted "like summer".

I have made this cake many times and its always a huge hit! I am makng it this Sunday for Mothers day! Its so light, and it tastes so yummy!!

This is a great recipe. My son loves pineapples so I made the Angel Lush cake for his birthday. I also made cup cakes just incase the other kids didnt like it but the kids ate the angel lush cake. It was a hit. I will say I was worried about the cake sliding over so next time I will probably do the Angel Lush cupcakes. This a great recipe to make especially in the summer.

Easy to make. Adults really went for it. Kids, however, did not seem to like the consistancy of the filling. Really makes a great presentation. Beautiful.

I made the parfait with SF pudding mix and fat free Cool Whip and it turned out GREAT! I uploaded a pic.... can't wait to make it again!

My 15 yr old son loves this cake. He wants this every year for his birthday. I recently made it for a cookout but I put it in my Trifle dish. I broke the cake into pieces and continued to layer and then placed strawberries on the top it was a big hit. Everyone wanted the recipe.

I made this recipe for a friend of mine and decided to make one for my family as well. Everyone enjoyed it! There was not a crumb left. I will make this again.
