I have been making this for years its a easy dish to add any fresh veggie you like to it or as I have before added shrimp, bacon bits.I use 2 different types of Tortellini when I make it like a chicken herb and a 3 chesse.I also like to add cubed cheese's to mine pepper jack and a mild chedder.I use Italian Dressing in mine and add a dash of sugar also to keep down the tartness from the dressing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was easy and delicious. This was easy and delicious. I also added a chopped zucchini, replaced grape or cherry tomatoes (didn't have any) with chopped roma tomatoes, added chopped cucumber, radishes and a carrot. Also added a jar of marinated artichoke hearts. Did not add the mozz. Thought of adding some pepperoni, but decided against it, although it would probably have been nice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from THIS SALAD IS GREAT. THIS SALAD IS GREAT. I USED THE GARLIC & HERB DRESSING INSTEAD OF REG. ITAL. I ALSO USED STRING CHEES SLICED, IT HOLDS UP BETTER. AND THEN ADDED PEPPERONI SLICES AS WELL. ALONG WITH CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS. HAVE MADE THIS 4 OR 5 TIMES ALREADY AND PASSED IT ON 10 OR 12 TIMES.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was very excited about making this but was surprised at my family's reaction. I was very excited about making this but was surprised at my family's reaction. Very few at the birthday party even tried it. I felt there was too much Tortellini and not enough "pow". It was beautiful, but I have to admit that I was disappointed.
