  • Mix first 5 ingredients and 2 Tbsp. peppers until well blended. Shape into 16-inch log; wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Form into wreath shape on large plate.
  • Top with remaining peppers and parsley. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve with crackers.

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers.

Variation

Serve with RITZ Snowflake Crackers, woven wheat crackers or thin wheat snack crackers.

Make Ahead

Cheese spread can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before shaping into wreath.

Special Extra

Sprinkle plate with additional chopped parsley before topping with cheese spread.

When you arrive at a party and the hostess runs for her camera to shoot your appetizer, you know you have a winner! Good thing she did, because it was eaten in a "flash"! Could not find the grated three cheese blend, substituted Kraft's shredded version, finely chopped. Next time I would make it the night before and let flavors meld. Great opportunity to get out those cute Holiday cheese spreaders!

I didn't have time to let it sit for an hour before shaping and was still able to get it made into a wreath without a problem. But the flavors didn't jump out at me until hours later. It really needs to sit several hours before serving. But it looks SUPER impressive and I will make it again when I have time to let it sit.
