  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat cream cheese, butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, apples, lemon zest and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
  • Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.


Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
