Make Ahead
Prepare empanadas as directed. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet; cover. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Bake as directed. To freeze, layer empanadas in airtight container between sheets of waxed or parchment paper. Freeze up to 2 weeks; thaw completely before baking as directed.
