  • Cook coffee, cider and sugar in saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently. Pour into 4 mugs.
  • Add milk to 1-qt. jar; cover with lid. Shake until frothy; pour over coffee.
  • Combine COOL WHIP and apple pie spice; spoon over lattes.

If you don't have apple pie spice, mix a dash each of ground cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice until blended before mixing with the COOL WHIP and using as directed.
