Prepare and cook blinis as directed; cool completely. Place in single layer in shallow pan; wrap well with plastic wrap, then foil. Freeze up to 1 month. To serve, thaw completely. Place in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F-oven for 10 min. or until heated though.
Batter can not be made ahead, but to save time you can premix the dry ingredients the night before. When ready to serve, add the egg, remaining 1/2 cup sour cream and the milk, then continue as directed.
