HEAT oven to 300ºF.
MIX first 4 ingredients until blended; reserve 3/4 cup sauce.
PLACE meat, fat-side up, in roasting pan. Rub with barbecue rub seasoning; brush with reserved sauce.
BAKE 7 hours or until done (145ºF), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Cool slightly.
REMOVE meat from pan; shred with 2 forks. Return meat to pan; toss to evenly coat with sauce.
