This was amazing didn't have nutmeg so I used cinnamon I also added a bit of vanilla to the apples just because I love the vanilla taste with backed apples. Within the hour it was all gone and I had doubled the recipe but so good it was gone quicker than I made it. Everyone loved it. Would make again. It was so easy to make and so so delicious A+++

Rated 3 out of 5 by from this wasn't bad, but i have had better. this wasn't bad, but i have had better. i used cinnamon instead of nutmeg and that tasted good. the marshmellows added a good change to the regular apple crisp i am used to. the thing i didn't like about this recipe was that it became very watery after i baked it from the apples. other than that, it was good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We picked apples at a local orchard and I used those in this dish. We picked apples at a local orchard and I used those in this dish. I left 1/2 of the apples with the peel on and doubled the topping. My family loved it. The peel helped hold the softer apple together. I used HoneyCrisp apples. I will be making this again in a bigger batch.

These ingrediants are always in my pantry, so when I have to make a last minute dish for a potluck all I have to do is whip it up, pop it in the oven, and go get ready while it bakes. I love the taste and the easy prep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good. Very good. I doubled the topping like previous reviews suggested, and also added a 1/2 cup each chopped pecans and quick cooking oats. Next time I would add cinnamon to the apples before covering with marshmallows.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from My marshmallows came out brown on top. My marshmallows came out brown on top. I didn't have enough to coat the entire top layer. I might have used a bigger dish than what was called for. I will make again and use a smaller dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Awesome!!! Double the topping though...I just don't think it is enough as is. Also if you don't have mini marshmallows, the regular ones work just as good. YUMMY!
