  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine coating mix and seasonings in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture. Mix remaining cheese mixture with milk in large bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except apple cider and ketchup; mix just until blended.
  • Shape meat mixture into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour. Top with reserved cheese mixture; bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Mix apple cider and ketchup; serve with meatloaf.

Serving Suggestion

For an all-beef version, omit ground pork and use 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef.

    I skipped I/2 of cheese to suit family taste. It was very nice.

    I made this tonight and my husband and I LOVED it!!! I made a few substitutions: I used whole grain seasoned bread crumbs instead of the shake and bake and all turkey instead of pork and beef. The apple cider ketchup was great so I used it to glaze the meatloaf right from the beginning of the cooking time. This is a moist and delicious meatloaf that will now be included in our meal rotation!!

    Best meatloaf we have ever had. My husband used to have what he thought was the best but now he has admitted that this one is. Very tasty, juicy, easy and will definitely make many more times. Great Fall dish with whipped potatoes and string beans. Thanks Kraft!
