Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. I followed other viewers comments and added some honey (about 1tsp) to the mustard. Next time I will use a little less mustard for the dressing - cut it in half and a little more honey. The dressing was good but it did have a distinctive horsradish taste because if the dijon mustard. I do not normally buy the Grey Poupan brand - it seemed to have a heavier horseradish taste then other brands. Overall - very good. My husband liked it as well and I will definately make again

I was looking for a different way to cook pork chops other than the same old mariade/season, then grill. This was perfect! The combination of flavors were awesome, it was super easy to make, and it's fairly healthy (I altered the recipe a little, like others did by substituting crasins and using more honey). And it was a hit with the family, as my husband said-'You've really outdone yourself this time...'.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a good recipe, although the kids don't like it (not a fan of the dijon mustard). This is a good recipe, although the kids don't like it (not a fan of the dijon mustard). It resulted in some burnt spots from the grill, so I will try it out in the oven. I find it much easier to buy butterfly cut pork chops and fold them over rather than slit open a pork chop. Will make this recipe again for sure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was just ok. This was just ok. It sounded delicious and even while making it, the smell was nice. However my husband and I found it to be an odd combination of flavors. Kids did not like it either, and they usually love any pork dishes. Will make stuffed pork chops again, but not with this stuffing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved this. We loved this. However, I did make some adjustments after reading other comments. I added honey to the mustard and used craisins. I also did not stuff the chops since they were too thin, but just covered them with the stuffing and baked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was wonderful. This was wonderful. My kids ate every bite and they are usually very particular. I omitted the nuts and subsituted the raisins for craisins and I used honey in with the mustard to base the chops. Will definately make it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy and very tasty! Super easy and very tasty! I used the suggestions of the other cooks and thinned out the mustard with a little honey. The dried cranberries are also much better than raisins in this recipe.
