What You Need

cup  apple juice
1/2
cup  plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt

 banana, peeled, cut into chunks
1
 apple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
1/4
cup   quick-cooking oats
1
Tbsp.  KOOL-AID Lemonade Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix

Make It

BLEND ingredients in blender until smooth.

SERVE immediately.

How to Core Apples
Cut whole apples into quarters. Use a paring knife to cut away core and seeds from each quarter, starting at the stem end and cutting downward in a semi-circular motion.
