HEAT oven to 375°F.
UNROLL 1 pie crust on lightly floured surface; cut into 16 rounds with 2-inch cookie cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary. Repeat with second crust.
MIX pie filling, cheese, nuts and raisins until blended; spoon onto centers of 16 of the pastry rounds, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each. Cover with remaining pastry rounds; press edges together to seal. Place on baking sheet. Cut slits in tops to vent; sprinkle with combined sugar and cinnamon.
BAKE 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown.
