The only changes that I made were to replace the applesauce with an actual apple, but I will definitely try it with the applesauce next time. I also omitted the cinnamon sugar and made my own mixture of 1/8 tsp cinnamon to 1/4 tsp light brown sugar. Lastly, I crushed up a 1 oz serving of wheat and bran shredded wheat cereal. I can't wait to try this in the morning because I love cottage cheese and all of the other ingredients!

Super easy to make, I can send it to the office for a quick lunch, a friend of mine is on weight watchers and says it fits in great with her point plan, if better if using low fat cottage cheese. i added a bit of granola on top for some crunch.
