Apple-Raisin Snack Bars

Chopped apples and raisins add texture and extra flavor to a spice cake mix. Baked in a rectangular pan, these tasty bars are frosted before serving.

pkg. (2-layer size) spice cake mix

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

eggs

large apple, chopped (about 1 cup)

1/2

cup raisins

Snack Bar Frosting

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cake mix, dressing and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in apples and raisins.

POUR into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Spread with Snack Bar Frosting. Cut into 32 bars to serve.
