  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine oats; graham crumbs; nuts; butter; 1/3 cup each brown sugar and flour; and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
  • Mix remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, remaining 2 Tbsp. flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl. Add apples and rhubarb; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with oat mixture.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until apples are tender and fruit mixture is hot and bubbly. Cool slightly.
