Spread nuts in single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
Combine apples, celery and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss with spinach and nuts just before serving.

Made this recipe without the celery and almonds instead of walnuts, but it was delicious. My nephew, son, and I thought it was great.
This is a very simple salad with few ingredients but taste good. I didn't change anything.
