  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Prepare stuffing in large saucepan as directed on package. Add apples, nuts, raisins and 1/4 cup dressing; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken. Brush chicken with remaining dressing. Cover loosely with foil.
  • Bake 35 min. Top chicken with cheese; bake 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.

Substitute

Substitute dried cranberries for the raisins.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a delicous fall recipe. This is a delicous fall recipe. I changed it up a bit b/c of what i had on hand. I used only 3 peices of chicken, dried cherries instead of raisins and ceaser dressing instead of the dijon. I wasnt a big fan of the walnuts, but my husband was. And i think this would be excellent without any dressing at all. So next time i will use prob about 1/4 cup of walnuts and no dressing. Ill definitely make this again!

I made this recipe with pecans instead of walnuts (since that's what I had in the house) and it was delicious. When you look at all of the ingredients it doesn't look like it would taste good. However, everything really complements each other. This recipe is a defininte keeper!

I used craisins rather than raisins and didn't use the full 1/4 cup of mustard dressing because I felt it was too strong and would overwhelm the other flavors.
