12 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 6 crackers each

What You Need

tub  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
cup  finely chopped dried apricots
Tbsp.  lemon zest
cup  PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped
 Rosemary and olive oil woven wheat crackers

Make It

MIX reduced-fat cream cheese, apricots and zest until well blended. Shape into 6-inch log.

ROLL in nuts until evenly coated on all sides. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.

REFRIGERATE 30 min. Serve as a spread with the crackers.

Prepare as directed, using dried cranberries, orange zest and PLANTERS Pecan Pieces.
Take Along
