Dress up tender pork chops with a sweet and crunchy broiled topping of apricot preserves, dried apricots, onion and walnuts.

What You Need

cup  chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
cup  apricot preserves
cup  chopped onion
cup  chopped dried apricots
lb.  boneless pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, trimmed of any visible fat

Make It

PREHEAT broiler. Mix walnuts, preserves, onion and apricots.

BROIL chops, 3 to 5 inches from heat, 10 minutes; turn. Broil an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until chops are almost cooked through.

SPOON walnut mixture evenly over chops. Continue broiling 3 minutes or until walnuts are lightly toasted and chops are cooked through.
