She follows a gluten-free diet, so with a careful purchase of preserves, I was able to meet her dietary requirements. She loved it! She ate the whole thing! I baked the pork chops b/c I like the meet completely done. I didn't measure the first 4 ingredients, but I'm sure I used more than 1/4 cup of preserves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for Sunday evening dinner, but this could be fancy enough for guests. I made this for Sunday evening dinner, but this could be fancy enough for guests. The flavor is superb, and the glaze adds moisture to the chops. This would also be an excellent addition to grilled or broiled chicken.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent. Excellent. However, I recommend the recipe be amended to say 'English Walnuts'. The 'black walnut' is a tad strong for the desired blend of flavors that you enjoy with the english walnut.
