  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix flour, cornmeal and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, eggs and butter; mix well. Add raisins, sugar, anise, cinnamon, orange zest and juice; mix until well blended. Let stand 5 min.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly browned.

Substitute

Substitute grated fresh gingerroot for the orange zest.
