What You Need

cups  flour
1-1/4
cups  cornmeal

Tbsp.  CALUMET Baking Powder
1-1/4
cups  milk
3
 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2
cup  butter, melted
1
cup  raisins
1/2
cup  sugar
1
tsp.  anise seed
1
tsp.  ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp.  zest and 1/4 cup juice from 1 orange
1
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX flour, cornmeal and baking powder in large bowl. Add milk, eggs and butter; mix well. Add raisins, sugar, anise, cinnamon, orange zest and juice; mix until well blended. Let stand 5 min.

POUR into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with coconut.

BAKE 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is lightly browned.
