Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, simple, and flavorful! I saw this in my recent issue of Food & Family and it looked like a winner! I used what I had on hand - frozen artichokes and a roasted garlic pasta sauce, and it turned out great! My family enjoyed it. The dish had well-developed flavor and the artichokes lended a nice richness and buttery complement to the chicken. The garlic bread topper was different and delicious! I baked it about five minutes longer because we like our cheese nice and browned. Will make again.
