  • Toss artichokes with mustard.
  • Wrap 1 cheese slice and 1 salami slice around each artichoke quarter to resemble a cornucopia. Secure with toothpicks. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese to the artichoke mixture before using to make cornucopias.

The only thing I changed was I split the cheese slices diagonally because otherwise it was too much to roll up. Also, marinated in the mustard overnight to give them full flavor

I also used smoked turkey along with smoked provolone in addition to the hard salami roll ups. My guests loved them both. I preferred the turkey!
