Serving Suggestion

This is the perfect sauce to serve with steamed fresh artichokes. To prepare the artichokes, cut stem, then 1-inch-thick slice off top of each of 4 fresh artichokes. Discard trimmed pieces. Place artichokes, top sides down, in steamer basket placed over saucepan of boiling water; cover with lid. Steam 45 min. to 1 hour or until artichokes are tender; cool completely. Serve with the prepared sauce.
